We are now looking for operations staff within cleaning and external maintenance for a stable and well-established company in operations and maintenance. Our client is an established company within operations and maintenance of public environments and infrastructure with operations across large parts of Sweden. The company works with cleaning, external maintenance, green area maintenance, and ongoing operational measures to create clean, safe, and pleasant environments in the public sphere.

About the team & role

You will become part of a local team in Helsingborg that works closely together in the daily operational work. The team is responsible for keeping public environments and common areas clean, safe, and well-maintained.

The role is practical and varied. You will work among other things with:

  • Litter picking and cleaning
  • Emptying of trash cans and bins
  • Cleaning of walkways, bus stops, and public areas
  • Simple external maintenance and upkeep
  • Reporting of damages, faults, and deviations via digital tools
  • Other operational and service tasks

The work takes place mainly outdoors and the days may vary depending on the business's needs. Therefore, it is important that you are flexible and thrive in an active work environment.

About you

To succeed in the role, we see that you:

  • Are responsible and self-reliant
  • Have good collaboration skills
  • Are meticulous and see what needs to be done
  • Enjoy working outdoors in different weather conditions
  • Communicate fluently in Swedish
  • Hold a B-driver's license

It is meritorious if you have:

  • Experience of cleaning, property maintenance, park operations, or similar work
  • Experience of using a mobile phone or tablet at work

As a person, you are engaged, flexible, and service-oriented. You like to work practically and contribute to a positive atmosphere in the team.

About the assignment

This is a consulting assignment through us as a staffing agency with immediate start. The assignment is full-time and initially runs for 6 months, with the possibility of direct hire to the client for the right person.

Location: Helsingborg
Hours: Weekdays 16:00 - 21:00
Start: Immediate
