About the role

Bravida Industri in Sundsvall works on projects within process industry, energy, and hydropower, with a focus on complete piping installations and technical solutions in operation-critical environments. We are now looking for a Project Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for projects within hydropower and industrial piping systems.

In this role, you are responsible for the entire project chain, from analyzing customer inquiries and developing technical solutions to leading the implementation at the facilities. The projects include, among other things, cooling systems, hydraulics, oil systems, and various types of renovations and upgrades of hydropower plants.

You will work closely with customers, installers, welders, and internal specialists in a business where technical understanding, business acumen, and collaboration are crucial for success.

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for driving projects from inquiry to final delivery. The role involves both technical and economic responsibility and requires close collaboration with both customers and production.

You will, among other things:

• Receive, analyze, and process customer inquiries
• Calculate, prepare offers, and contribute with technical solutions
• Drive design and construction, independently or together with internal resources
• Plan resources, purchasing, and implementation of projects
• Lead installers and welders in the various phases of the projects
• Be responsible for schedules, quality, working environment, and project economics
• Build and develop long-term customer relationships

We are looking for you who

• Have experience in workforce leadership within industry, installation, or contracting
• Have technical understanding within piping systems, mechanics, process industry, or the energy sector
• Have good knowledge of CAD and design
• Have good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as this is required in daily work
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience from the hydropower industry
• Good knowledge of calculation, offer preparation, and economic project responsibility
• Experience with pressurized systems or stainless steel installations
• Knowledge of contracting law (AB/ABT)
• Experience with fixed-price projects

Other information

Travel occurs in the role when the projects require it. The position includes the possibility of a company car. Work within security-classified projects may occur, which may imply that you need to undergo a security clearance check.
