About the role

We are currently, on behalf of our client Celsius, looking for a Merchandiser (picking salesperson) for the districts of Uppsala, Gävle, and Västerås.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you who want to start or further develop your career in sales and retail. In this role, you are the face of Celsius and work actively to strengthen and develop the brand at the customer's location. You are responsible for your district and build long-term relationships with stores through presence, dialogue, and a clear sales focus.

You work independently with sales and visibility, while collaborating closely with the team in a culture that encourages engagement, responsibility, and personal development.

Main responsibilities:

  • Build and develop relationships with store staff and decision-makers
  • Present campaigns and suggest new visibility solutions
  • Conduct needs analyses and work towards set budget goals
  • Work with product picking and ensure correct visibility in stores
  • Drive and follow up on campaigns and activities

About you

The role suits you who are passionate about sales and relationship building. You thrive in an independent role where you take own responsibility and work purposefully towards clear results. You preferably have previous experience, for example within the grocery trade, but even you who are at the beginning of your sales career are welcome to apply.

We are looking for you who:

  • Are self-motivated, engaged, and goal- and result-oriented
  • Have good collaboration skills and are receptive in meetings with others
  • Are confident, responsible, and have a strong service mindset
  • Easily create contacts and build long-term relationships
  • Fluently speak and write Swedish. Basic knowledge of English is an advantage

Requirements for the position:

  • Category B driver's license
  • Residing in Uppsala

Employment: Consulting assignment, probationary employment applies

Start date: August or as agreed

Scope: Full-time

Location: Uppsala

Other: The position includes a car, mobile phone, computer, and other necessary work tools
