Vätterngården is a cozy nursing home in the heart of Vadstena, with a total of 54 apartments distributed across 5 units, of which 2 units are specifically focused on dementia care. The operations are jointly led by 2 unit managers who work in close collaboration with 1 coordinator to create a safe and well-structured daily life.

Job Responsibilities:

As a nurse assistant at Vätterngården, your focus is on the well-being, safety, and participation of the elderly in daily life.

The role includes:

• Personal care and strong social support for our residents
• Accurate documentation and reporting according to current guidelines
• Planning and implementation of daily activities together with the residents
• Active collaboration with the team to maintain a good work environment

Qualifications:

We are looking for you who are trained as a nurse assistant or have other competencies that the employer considers equivalent. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. Since digital documentation and planning are a natural part of everyday life, it is a requirement that you have good computer skills and can handle computers effortlessly at work.
