At the moment, TopWork is recruiting CNC operators for an expanding industrial company outside Ängelholm, a company with strong order intake and confidence in the future. It is important that you are available to work all shifts, as shift work applies.

About the position

As a CNC Operator, you will work with setting up, monitoring, and quality control of CNC-controlled machines. Depending on the department, this may involve milling, turning, or other processing of metal components. Our client works with modern technology and efficient production flows, providing you with a developing and stimulating workday.

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience with CNC machines, preferably in milling and/or turning
• Can read and interpret technical drawings
• Are meticulous, quality-conscious, and solution-oriented
• Enjoy working in a team and thrive in a production environment
• Have relevant education or work experience in the field
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B) and have access to a car

Extra bonus if you also have:

• Experience with CNC programming
• Worked with Fanuc, Heidenhain, or Siemens control systems
• Forklift and/or overhead crane certificates
