About the role of Senior Order Management Specialist
As a Senior Order Management Specialist, you will work to ensure efficient deliveries and correct invoicing for customer orders globally. You are responsible for coordinating order flows from start to delivery and serve as a key contact point for dealers and marketing companies.

You work closely with various functions within the organization and contribute to creating stable processes within supply chain, logistics, and order administration. The role also includes analysis, problem-solving, and improvement work related to delivery and invoicing flows.

Responsibilities in order management and delivery support

• Coordinate deliveries and follow up on customer orders
• Handle invoicing and payment-related matters
• Provide support to dealers and international marketing companies
• Communicate delivery dates and handle order changes
• Resolve discrepancies within delivery, invoicing, and order flows
• Ensure that internal processes, routines, and policies are followed
• Identify areas for improvement within supply chain and order processes
• Support and coach colleagues in the team

Qualifications for Senior Order Management Specialist
We are looking for you who have at least five years of experience in order administration, customer support, logistics, or supply chain. You have a good understanding of the entire process from order to delivery and are accustomed to working in international organizations.

You have experience with business systems such as SAP or similar ERP systems, as well as good knowledge of Excel. You are analytical and solution-oriented with the ability to handle complex matters within delivery and invoicing.

You communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.

You are structured, meticulous, and have a strong customer focus. You thrive in a role where you take responsibility and work independently while collaborating with several different functions. You have the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and actively contribute to improvement work.
