About the role

As a night shift warehouse assistant, you play a central role in supporting production and maintenance at Greby depot. You will work in an industrial environment with a high pace, where precision is crucial for preparing the morning traffic. This role is ideal for students who want to gain practical experience within logistics.

Responsibilities

The role involves independently managing the material flow during the night to enable smooth maintenance of the vehicle fleet.

• Pick materials according to maintenance lists for night and morning shifts.
• Ensure replenishment of consumables at the depot and workshop.
• Handle material withdrawals and registration in the IT system Hexagon.
• Support the production team with material supply during night shifts.
• Prepare materials for upcoming shifts.
• Maintain order and structure in the warehouse area.

We are looking for someone who has

• At least 12 months remaining of your post-secondary studies.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse management.
• Good IT skills.
• Ability to work night shifts and follow a shift schedule.
• Comfortable working in a high-paced industrial environment.
• Fluent Swedish language skills.
