Do you have experience working with cars and thrive in a role that combines an interest in cars with customer contact? We are now looking for an engaged and responsible car tester/customer receptionist for our operations in Strängnäs.

About the role
As a car tester/customer receptionist, you will have a varied workday where you work practically with cars and meet customers. You are responsible for test driving and inspecting vehicles, as well as receiving customers who visit us. You play a key role in ensuring that the cars meet the right standards and that customers receive professional treatment.

This job is suitable for you if you have a strong interest in cars, are meticulous in your work, and enjoy a social role where you meet new people every day.

Responsibilities

• Test driving and inspection of cars
• Simple walkthrough and assessment of the vehicles' condition
• Receive customers and assist them on-site
• Answer questions and provide information about the cars
• Document test results and follow up when necessary
• Contribute to a professional and pleasant customer experience

Working hours
Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00.

Requirements

• Experience working with cars
• Category B driver's license
• Good service orientation and excellent customer interaction skills
• Responsible, meticulous, and punctual

Merits

• Previous experience in customer service
• Experience from an auto workshop, car dealership, or similar work
