About the role

We are expanding our team and looking for more warehouse staff for our client Rechon Life Science! As an employee in Dispatch & Storage, your main responsibility is to ensure an efficient flow of materials primarily to the production and packaging departments, as well as other parts of the operations. The role also involves some heavy lifting. At Rechon, work is carried out in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).

Your duties will include:

• Forklift operation, loading and unloading trucks
• Receiving goods and reporting into our ERP system, Jeeves
• Picking internal and external orders
• Daily inventory checks
• Internal transport

This is a full-time consultancy position via Adecco, starting in July 2026. The working hours are split into two shifts: one week you will work between 06:00–14:30, and the following week between 09:30–18:00.

About you

We are looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once. You should be computer literate and ideally have experience with warehouse management systems, but the most important qualities are your curiosity and willingness to learn and develop. The role also requires strong prioritization skills, as well as the ability to work independently and solve problems or challenges.

Key requirements for the role:

• Forklift license A+B
• Previous experience with forklift operation
• Valid driver’s license (Category B)
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Desirable: Good knowledge of English
• Desirable: Experience in warehouse/logistics within the pharmaceutical industry with GMP knowledge

A security clearance will be conducted by Rechon Life Science prior to employment.
