Do you have warehouse experience and feel ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for someone who wants to combine operational warehouse work with coordinating responsibilities. Previous experience as a team leader is advantageous, but we also welcome candidates who have the right drive, structure, and willingness to develop in a leading role. You will not have direct personnel responsibility but will lead and distribute tasks within the team.

In this role, you will work daily on the warehouse floor with forklift driving and goods handling, while also being responsible for planning and distributing work for 2–3 colleagues. You will also serve as a key contact person for customers, handling ongoing communication via phone and email, as well as addressing questions, requests, and discrepancies.

• Operational warehouse work
• Forklift operation (counterbalance and reach truck)
• Plan, coordinate, and distribute daily warehouse tasks
• Act as the main contact person for customers via phone and email
• Handle incoming questions, requests, and discrepancies
• Ensure order, structure, and efficiency in daily operations

What we are looking for

• Several years of experience in warehouse operations
• Experience with forklift driving, preferably both counterbalance and reach trucks
• Good computer skills and comfort communicating via email
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Structured with a natural focus on order and organization
• Communicative and comfortable in a role with many contact points
• Ability to prioritize and create efficient workflows
• Previous experience in a coordinating or leading role within warehousing and logistics
• Experience in customer contact and customer service

• You have warehouse experience and a valid forklift license, preferably with experience in both counterbalance and reach trucks.
• You are structured and thrive in organized environments.
• You take initiative and help create efficient workflows.
• You are communicative and express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
• You are service-oriented, solution-focused, and enjoy customer interaction.
• You are a team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting your colleagues.
