About the Role
We are looking for an engaged special needs educator (specialpedagog) with a role distributed across three schools: Holmsjö School, Tving School, and Fridlevstad School. In this position, you will work closely with students, staff, and guardians to contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible learning environment.

Responsibilities
Do you want to help create the best possible conditions for children's and students' development and learning? We are seeking an engaged special needs educator who wishes to work both strategically and close to the operations.
Here, you will have a central role in developing learning environments, strengthening teaching, and ensuring that all students receive the right support at the right time.
As a special needs educator, you work at the individual, group, and organizational levels with a focus on creating an accessible and inclusive learning environment. You conduct pedagogical assessments and investigations to identify support needs and contribute to designing, following up on, and developing interventions. The role includes providing support to students, both individually and in groups, as well as mentoring and supporting colleagues in working with extra adjustments and special support.
You collaborate closely with teachers, student health services, and guardians to create a holistic view of the student's needs. An important part of the role is also to contribute to the development work of the operations, for example by developing learning environments, working methods, and systematic quality work.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have:
- Teacher degree and teaching license
- Special needs education degree (or special teacher degree)
- Several years of experience in pedagogical work
- Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
Meritorious qualifications:
- Experience working in student health teams
- Advanced knowledge in areas such as NPD (Neurodevelopmental Disorders), language, reading, writing, or math difficulties
- Experience in mentoring educators
- Work with systematic quality work and school development
- Knowledge of accessible learning environments and differentiated instruction
- Experience with digital tools and compensatory support

Employment Terms
Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: 6 months or longer.
For employment, you must provide a valid extract from the criminal record.
