Job Responsibilities

We are looking for temporary staff for our cleaning department, where you can try working as a temporary cleaner and gain broad work experience.

You will work alone or in teams in our areas. In all our premises, we clean with care, quality, and the citizen in focus. The tasks vary greatly depending on where you work and which area you are assigned to. Some work involves digital systems such as Time Care Pool, so it is important that you have basic computer skills. Good communication is a prerequisite, and some documentation is part of the work.

In preschools, we also staff serving kitchens where the cleaning department receives, lays out food, and washes dishes, which means a combined role of cleaning/serving kitchen.

As a temporary employee within the Department of Community Development and Services, you should be able to work within the entire department's area covering Karlskoga with short notice.

The normal working hours are Monday to Friday, varying between 06:30 - 18:00, with some weekend work possible. We use the booking system Time Care Pool where you, as a temporary employee, enter your availability and view your booked shifts. As a temporary employee, you can be booked with short notice, and you must also be able to work within the entire department's area covering Karlskoga.

Qualifications

• Completed compulsory school education.
• Good knowledge of Swedish to understand, speak, read, and write.
• Basic computer skills.
