Do you want to become part of Region Jämtland Härjedalen – a region to look forward to and grow in? Here, you contribute to development and growth throughout the county and work to offer the best possible service, care, and support for everyone who lives in or visits the region.

We offer a work environment characterized by collaboration, participation, and engagement, where both breadth and specialized expertise are valued. Here, you have the opportunity to develop in your role, whether you are new to the profession or have extensive experience.

Primary care is organized into 4 local care areas, and since January 2022, primary care and ambulance services have been integrated under "Good and Close Care." Each local care area is an economic unit led by an operations manager. Primary care is also responsible for the region's healthcare advice service, youth clinic, and the local care ward Näva, all of which are grant-funded. Within the primary care area, there is a good research climate and status as a university healthcare unit. Our R&D unit can provide support and scientific supervision, primarily in collaboration with Umeå University.

Zätagränds Health Centre is located in central Östersund with approximately 13,500 registered patients. We are an engaged team with high job satisfaction that works solution-focused towards common goals. We have broad competence across several professions and value both a good work environment and development. We work in close-knit teams with clear areas of responsibility and a strong focus on collaboration and Close Care. Stability, experience, and innovation characterize the operations; here you have the opportunity to influence and develop based on your interests and competence. What are you waiting for? Take the chance and submit your application. You are warmly welcome!

A combination of an engaged study director, a good ST training with learning and further education in focus, together with a pleasant workplace with wonderful colleagues, will give you a good start in your professional life. We invest in structured doctor meetings where we, supported by science and evidence, share our experience and continue to develop the operations.

You will be responsible for a geographical area with clinic visits, home visits, qualified phone consultations, and video consultations. Occasional district doctor on-call duties are included in the work. Within the framework of your employment, there is an opportunity for side assignments within SÄBO (Care for the Disabled), MVC (Maternity and Child Health Centre), and BVC.

We are looking for 2 ST doctors as one of our current ST doctors will soon finish their specialist training and an employee is planning parental leave, while the number of registered patients is increasing and the need for reinforcement in the team is growing.

Licensed physician; independent research and research supervision are meritorious but not a formal requirement for the position. Experience from primary care is also considered meritorious.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability, especially the ability to collaborate and communicate. As mentioned earlier, you are a person who sees opportunities, wants to learn, is curious, and contributes to a good work climate and team spirit.

Employment type: Permanent position.
