About Us

About the Job

As a midwife at the clinic, you will meet women of various ages and life situations. Your primary areas of responsibility include maternal healthcare and specialist maternal care, parental support, handling cases of women seeking abortions, contraceptive counseling, and cervical screening (Pap smears). You will work at both individual and group levels, maintaining a holistic view of the individual, the couple, and the family. The work is largely health-promoting and preventive in nature. The position involves rotation across all three clinics in western Blekinge.

About You

We are looking for someone who is positive, flexible, curious, and interested in growing and developing in your role as a midwife. At our clinic, you will work with dedication, good cooperation, and high quality. These three guiding stars form our value base and serve as the starting point for how we best treat our patients.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

About the Position
