The company was founded in 2012 by four co-owners. We have worked together for nearly 20 years developing machinery and equipment.

Sysmec offers a wide range of services. Our goal is to create complete automation with industrial automation at the highest possible level.

Sysmec is growing and is now looking for another hydraulic technician for our operations in Konga.

In this recruitment, Sysmec collaborates with Jobcenter Recruitment.

We are looking for you who have education in industrial hydraulics or equivalent documented experience, and who want to work in a varied role with significant personal responsibility.

You will base yourself at our workshop in Konga but will spend most of your working time at our customers' sites, primarily in the Tingsryd area. The work includes service, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and modification of hydraulic systems within the industry.

In addition to hydraulics, you will also work with our systems for oil-based central lubrication, primarily within the sawmill industry. The position involves close collaboration with colleagues in Konga and Ljungby, as well as independent work at customer sites.

We are looking for you who

• Have education in industrial hydraulics or several years of experience in industrial hydraulic work
• Are self-reliant, meticulous, and structured
• Have good technical understanding and enjoy troubleshooting
• Are service-oriented and appreciate customer contact
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Knowledge of machining and welding is considered an advantage.

As a person, you are responsible and professional in your interactions with customers. You will become an important representative for Sysmec in the field, where good customer relations and well-executed work are crucial for our continued success.

About the position

The position involves some travel, but the work is primarily based locally. Since many of our customers perform maintenance shutdowns during the summer period, you need to be prepared for parts of the work to be carried out during the regular vacation period.
