About the position

Volvo Construction Equipment is currently in an exciting and expansive phase and is looking for skilled welders to strengthen its team. This is a temporary-to-permanent position via Montico, where the right candidate may be offered employment directly with Volvo Construction Equipment.

If you are selected for the role, you will undergo a welding validation process during the recruitment phase.

Job Description

You will work within one of the welding groups at the company. The work can be physically demanding, but the working environment is a key factor that is continuously improved. The work is carried out in a structured manner to meet set production goals, which places high demands on your personal contribution. The working hours are based on a two-shift system.

We are looking for someone who

• Has relevant upper secondary or vocational education, or relevant experience
• Holds a welding license (meritorious)
• Has experience with Mig/Mag welding in the manufacturing industry, preferably with thicker materials
• Has good teamwork skills and enjoys working both in a group and independently
• Is interested in continuous improvement and has good initiative
