At Wip Industries, we are currently seeking more operationally minded individuals with a passion for technology to join our facility, where we specialize in processing stainless steel. If you are detail-oriented, solution-focused, and thrive in a productive environment, we would love to hear from you.

What will you do?

Your tasks will be varied and technically interesting. You will perform maintenance work, change tools, monitor processes, and replace filters. A significant part of the job involves carefully monitoring our process lines and robot cells to ensure smooth production flow.

You will also be responsible for inspecting and checking details, reconfiguring machines during order changes, and replenishing raw materials and packaging materials. Cleaning and tidying up machines and production surfaces are also part of the role, as we value a safe and well-organized work environment.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability

We are looking for someone with strong teamwork skills who can take responsibility within a team. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment and a forklift license are advantageous, but the most important qualities are that you are driven and eager to learn.

Employment conditions

The employment begins with a 3-month probationary period on a full-time basis. Working hours are arranged in 2-shift patterns or permanent night shifts.
