RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Property Technician, you will, together with two other property technicians, as well as a section manager and a property engineer, work with the operation, maintenance, and development of our properties. You are responsible for the daily operation of the buildings' technical systems and for ongoing property maintenance.

An important part of the job is to optimize energy consumption, contribute to energy efficiency, and create a good indoor environment. The role also includes interior and exterior maintenance, repairs, ongoing maintenance, fault reporting, rounds, supervision, and system administration.

You will have continuous contact with internal customers, clients, contractors, and suppliers. The work also involves simpler property measures, such as handling furniture and ice/snow removal.

You will belong to the Property and Logistics section at Växjö Energi, which serves all business areas within the Växjö Energy Group.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have worked for several years as a property technician, property caretaker, or similar, and who have experience with property technical systems.

You should have relevant education in property technology or other education that we assess as equivalent. You should also have experience and/or education in the following areas: HVAC, cooling systems, operation and maintenance of ventilation systems, as well as control and regulation of these.

A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.

As a person, you should be independent, meticulous, and have a structured way of working with an eye for order and detail. You should be good at building relationships, be service-oriented, and flexible in your contact with our employees and suppliers. We would appreciate it if you have an interest in renewable energy, urban planning, and sustainability issues.
