Selecta Recruitment is now looking for an experienced and engaged Interim Unit Manager for a central kitchen in Jönköping. This is an exciting assignment for you who thrive with leadership, change work, and business development in a complex organization.
About the Assignment
As Interim Unit Manager, you will have overall responsibility for operations, personnel, economy, and working environment within the central kitchen. The operation is responsible for the production and distribution of patient meals as well as restaurant food, and you will lead a team of approximately 22 employees.
You will play a central role in the continued development work and ensure an efficient, high-quality, and sustainable meal operation.

Responsibilities
In this role, you are responsible for leading and developing the operation with a focus on quality, efficiency, and employee engagement.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Personnel, budget, and working environment responsibility for the central kitchen and its approximately 22 employees.
- Overall responsibility for customer care and administrative tasks.
- Responsibility for the operation's production and distribution of patient meals as well as restaurant food.
- Lead and develop the operation based on set goals and quality requirements.
- Continue the implementation of work rotation and staffing processes.
- Drive the implementation of a new meal concept within healthcare.
- Create participation, engagement, and good collaboration within the work group.
Qualifications

- Documented experience in management and leadership.
- Experience with personnel responsibility, budget work, and working environment issues.
- Ability to lead operations through change and development processes.
- Good communication skills and experience in creating engagement among employees.
