About the role

As a Production Technician, you will be a vital link between production, service, and technology. You will work both operationally and strategically to ensure quality, efficiency, and technical development within the operations.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Driving improvement work within production and service flows
• Being responsible for troubleshooting and technical support related to refrigeration and heat pump systems
• Supporting customers and field personnel with technical questions
• Contributing to the development of test equipment, test methods, and working practices
• Creating assembly, control, and work instructions
• Participating in product development projects as the production representative
• Handling deviations and technical investigations
• Evaluating and procuring tools, fixtures, and aids for production

We are looking for you who

Have a technical background and experience with refrigeration and heat pump technology, and thrive in a role where you combine problem-solving and technology. To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you are a secure and non-hierarchical person who gladly takes responsibility and drives issues forward. You have a natural technical interest, are solution-oriented, and enjoy combining practical work with development and improvements.

As a person, you are structured, engaged, and find it easy to collaborate with people at different levels in the organization. You are also pedagogical and enjoy supporting, guiding, and sharing your knowledge with colleagues and customers. We also believe that you have a desire to develop together with the business and see opportunities where others see obstacles.

We preferably see that you have:

• Relevant technical education in refrigeration technology, production technology, or equivalent
• Practical experience with refrigeration and heat pump systems
• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing technical systems
• Good understanding of electricity, control, and regulation technology
• Good system and IT skills
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

• Work as a refrigeration technician
• Certification for refrigerant handling
• Technical support for customers
• LEAN and improvement work
• Soldering
• Team leading or project management
