We are currently looking for a driven, service-oriented, and engaged team leader for some of our ongoing assignments in Stockholm. In this role, you will hold a central position where you contribute to quality assurance by ensuring cleaning of the highest standard. You help create a safe and clean working environment for our customers – something they clearly appreciate.

What you will be working with:

• Planning and distribution of tasks within the team
• Monitoring daily delivery and ensuring high quality of completed work
• Onboarding and training of existing and new staff
• Follow-up and reporting of work
• Conducting quality checks and handling any complaints together with the team
• Building and maintaining good relationships with customers, clients, and colleagues

We are looking for someone who has:

• High school education or equivalent
• Education in leadership
• At least 2 years of experience as a leader in facility cleaning
• Experience working in administrative systems and good PC skills
• Pryl, SRY, or equivalent training
• A strong customer and business focus
• Drive and determination, as well as the ability to develop both employees and operations
• Good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written

Merits: Scissor lift license, knowledge in deep cleaning, floor care, window cleaning, Tengella, or similar work platforms.
