About the assignment

A family in Vega with four children aged 3, 5, 8, and 9 is primarily seeking help with the two youngest children. The need is mainly for weekday evenings and daytime/evening hours during weekends. The help is requested sporadically, where a typical day shift might be around 11:00–16:00 and an evening shift around 16:30–21:30. The family is flexible regarding times.

• We want a salary structure that feels good for all competence profiles and ages, so we open up for individual salary setting for everyone who has a high school diploma. For those still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 132.15 - 165.19 SEK/hour incl. vacation pay.
