Assistant Nurse/Care Assistant, 95.54% position

We are looking for a new team member for our wonderful group. The Home Care Night Patrol works throughout Timrå Municipality. The work is based on trust, confidence, and providing security to our users. We provide each user with support, care, and assistance based on needs and approved interventions. In our operations, it is of utmost importance to always have a good attitude, a high degree of participation, and high staff continuity.

You will primarily perform tasks related to person-centered care. Under delegation from nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists, you will also perform tasks according to the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL).

The work requires good communication skills and involves writing social documentation, which means you need good proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as well as good computer skills since documentation is IT-based.

Since the work takes place at night and covers the entire municipality, you must have a driver's license and feel confident driving in the dark. The work is sometimes done with a colleague but mostly as a solo effort.

Qualifications

As an assistant nurse in the night patrol, we see that you are positive, responsive, stress-resistant, and empathetic. You have a great interest and commitment to working primarily with elderly people, and you have a clear focus on meeting their needs. You have good ability to prioritize and adapt your work and have a flexible and solution-focused approach.

You need to be a secure and stable person who can maintain calmness and focus on priority areas in difficult situations.

Conditions

You must have approved education from the Care and Assistance Program or another education/work experience that the employer deems equivalent.

Driver's license, Category B (manual and automatic).

Proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

Since we use keyless home care and planning systems on mobile phones, you need to have some technical familiarity.

Personal suitability is highly valued.

Start date: August 1st or as agreed.
