About the Role
Join us in building Region Västernorrland's new Staffing Centre! We are looking for experienced nurses who want to help create a stable resource for the Region. You will become a reliable resource for healthcare in Örnsköldsvik. Region Västernorrland is currently establishing a new staffing centre within the Production Support Unit (EPS) – a long-term, region-wide resource designed to ensure secure and high-quality staffing during both short-term absences and planned needs.
As part of the staffing centre's resource team, you will consist of permanent nurses. Together, you will staff wards at the hospital in Örnsköldsvik, with a clear focus on quality, competence, and continuity of care.
You will become part of a strategic initiative aimed at reducing vulnerability, strengthening the conditions for care, and contributing to a more sustainable staffing model for the entire region. In the initial phase, the focus will be on hospital wards, but the role will eventually broaden to include other operations. As a nurse in the staffing centre, you will work in various departments, meet many colleagues, and contribute where you can make the most difference each day. The position entails being employed by the EPS but working operationally on wards that have staffing needs, offering a workday with variety and opportunities to develop broad competencies. This role suits you if you value the security of a permanent employment contract while appreciating the dynamism of switching between different environments and working methods. We offer a secure employment package with benefits such as occupational pension, flexibility allowance, and an individually tailored introduction.
We are seeking 8 nurses. The positions are permanent full-time roles with start dates to be agreed upon. Location: Örnsköldsvik.
