At Waynes Coffee, we are looking for a new team member! As a barista with us, you play a key role in the café experience. We are looking for someone who is stress-resistant, flexible, and passionate about excellent customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages.
- Food preparation and service.
- Providing outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintaining the café in a clean, tidy, and well-organized manner.
The role involves both independent work and teamwork. Previous experience in the industry is a plus, but not required as we provide on-the-job training.
About the position:
- Part-time position (50%).
- Scheduled working hours with variations depending on workload.
- Hourly wage according to the collective agreement.
