About the Position

I am currently looking for a warm and engaged personal assistant who wants to work extra hours, with the possibility of permanent shifts within my team. If you can imagine working for me during the summer, that would also be great.

I am a cheerful woman in my early 30s who needs help with most things to make my daily life function. I spend my weekdays at Day Activity Centre, where you will also be present. There, you will need to assist me with the activities carried out there. At home in my apartment, I try together with my assistants to carry out various educational activities, such as training my picture communication and participating in cooking to get stimulation in my daily life. We also try to do physical training, swimming in the pool, and having coffee at IKEA or Kupolen together.

Who Are You?

You as an assistant are cheerful and friendly, with a good sense of humor, and perhaps a bit stubborn with a thick skin. You will become a colleague to a happy and good group where many have worked with me for a long time. Those who work here are engaged, driven, and flexible, and we hope you are similar. I feel most comfortable with female assistants, and preferably with experience of autism so that you understand me better, but your personal qualities are absolutely most important to me.

Requirements and Merits

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Experience working as an assistant.
• Experience with autism.
• Category B driver's license.
