What you will do

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our team as a Production Leader within Logistics, where you will lead a department of around 40 talented individuals. The ideal candidate should be creative, solution oriented, and capable of fostering a collaborative team environment. Your future team

The logistics team at the Tuve Plant consists of around 600 employees across several areas, from goods receiving to the delivery of completed trucks. You will be part of a team of Production Leaders who share a common vision of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 40 professionals in a fast paced logistics environment.
• Foster a culture of creativity, problem solving, and collaboration within the team.
• Build on the achievements of the previous manager, ensuring a seamless transition and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics principles and flows.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve goals and meet deadlines.

This is you

To be successful in this role, you need to have proven experience in logistics management or a related field, as well as strong leadership skills with a focus on fostering creativity and collaboration. You also need to have:

• A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to drive continuous improvement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
• Knowledge of and experience with Lean methodology
• The ability to communicate in both Swedish and English
