The role is located in a newly formed unit within the HR department. This new unit serves as a support function for the use of HR systems by end-users. The unit is also responsible for developing new digital working methods related to HR processes to make daily operations simpler and more uniform. The new unit complements other HR functions by consolidating operational work within administration and system support for HR processes. The unit is designed with an open and flexible structure to adapt to the organization's future needs.

As the Unit Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape and lead this new unit, which consists of approximately 15 employees within system administration as well as HR and system administration.

Your Responsibilities

As the Unit Manager for Digital HR, you have personnel responsibility, which includes employee interviews, workplace meetings, salary discussions, and competence development. You are also responsible for recruitment, staffing, and onboarding of new employees. Your shared mission is to develop and manage digital solutions that strengthen the organization's efficiency and quality.

In this role, you are responsible for the unit's budget, business planning, and operational management. You lead the development of digital working methods and ensure that systems, processes, and information support the organization's needs. An important part of the assignment is to continue and develop quality work and create conditions for more systematic follow-up and analysis.

You are part of the department's management team and report to the HR Director. The role involves close collaboration with other unit managers to create synergy and engagement within the organization.

Who are you?

The ideal candidate has an academic degree in Systems Science or equivalent professional experience as assessed by the employer. You have knowledge of cybersecurity (NIS 2) and information security, and hold a valid driver's license (Category B). We also look for leadership experience and a good understanding of digital systems, system support, and process-based working methods, as well as experience in change and development work.

It is merit-worthy if you have worked with HR administration or HR systems, system administration, system-related business development, or digitalization. Experience in politically governed organizations or the public sector, and/or process development, quality work, or implementation of common routines is also considered an advantage.

To succeed in this role, you are someone driven by creating order in new environments and who sees digitalization as a tool for business development. You possess personal maturity and the ability to see the big picture with good structure. As a leader, you are inclusive and create engagement and security within the team. You are open-minded and unpretentious in your collaboration and are clear in your communication.

As summer and vacation periods approach, unions and the employer will be available for questions again from August 3rd.
