Description

We are looking for a nursing assistant/care assistant for our wonderful team in Home Care Outer North, Timrå Municipality. The positions are permanent and include one 100%, one 85%, and one 75% position. We work days, evenings, and every other weekend based on a fixed schedule.

Responsibilities

As a nursing assistant in home care, you provide care and service interventions according to the Social Services Act, both based on planned visits and in response to alarms from the individual. The duties also include performing health and medical care tasks delegated by nurses and rehabilitation staff according to the Health and Medical Services Act.

You work every day to provide good care and service with great consideration for the users' individual needs in their homes. You work from a person-centered and rehabilitative approach with the individual's self-determination in focus. You will work in a team with different professional groups to provide the user with the best possible support based on their own needs and conditions.

Documentation is an important task, and you are responsible for documenting events related to the user in social documentation according to current legislation. This means you must express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish and have good computer skills.

In home care, we use the planning tool Life Care and the scheduling tool Löneportalen.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant primarily, but care assistants may also be considered for the position. We would like you to have previous experience working in elderly care.

We need you who are sensitive to our users' needs and have the ability to put the user's needs at the center.

We want you to have good computer skills, and it is an advantage if you have worked in the business systems we use, such as Life Care, Löneportalen, and Phoniro. You express yourself well in speech and writing.

As a person, we see that you have a respectful attitude and are easy to cooperate with, both with colleagues, our users, relatives, and partners. The work is often independent; it is important that you can take initiative and focus on opportunities and solutions. You are calm and confident and have the ability to plan the activities of work shifts and can quickly adapt and change interventions based on changed circumstances. You are responsible and can work independently as well as in a group. The work requires flexibility.

A driver's license is required.
