Job Description

In our work group, you will collaborate with approximately 24 colleagues, including nurses, district nurses, dementia nurses, Silvia sisters (specialized nurses), and nursing assistants. The team is distributed across three locations within the municipality. We value a strong team spirit, short decision-making paths, and encourage new ideas.

In the municipality, we work with home care, specialized housing, LSS (Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments), and ordinary housing. The role includes, among other things:

• Leading medical work and making independent assessments of care interventions.
• Mentoring, delegating, and educating staff in health and medical care interventions, as well as identifying and preventing risks in care. The role also involves active participation in our quality registers.
• Submitting your preferred schedule in TimeCare. Working hours are scheduled Monday to Sunday, which means approximately one full work weekend every sixth week.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse, preferably with further education in primary healthcare, elderly care, or dementia care.
• Good interpersonal skills and professionalism in the role, with the ability to collaborate and work independently.
• Good computer skills, preferably experience with the Lifecare operational system and work with quality registers such as Senior Alert, Palliative Care Register, and similar.
• Personal suitability is highly valued.
• A class B driver's license is required, as well as access to a personal car when needed.

Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: Start date: 2026-09-01 or earlier by agreement.
