Your new job

As a Maintenance Technician, you will become part of the Property Department, which is responsible for ensuring that Jönköping Municipality's operations have functional and sustainable premises. Through long-term planning, energy efficiency measures, and good maintenance, the department develops, builds, operates, and maintains the municipality's buildings.

In the role of Maintenance Technician, you will work with supervision and maintenance, as well as corrective maintenance, with a focus on our swimming, ice, and sports facilities within our existing building portfolio. The tasks include both practical work on-site in the buildings, where you troubleshoot, repair, and replace components, as well as administrative work, including troubleshooting via the SCADA system Desigo CC.

The position is primarily based at Rosenlundsbadet.

Your responsibilities

• Operation, maintenance, and upkeep of our buildings
• Troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing components such as sensors, actuators, valves, motors, and frequency converters
• Working in the SCADA system (Desigo CC) with analysis of graphics, alarms, trends, and logs to optimize operations

As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and responsible, with clear and responsive communication. You have good teamwork skills and a strong service mindset, and you thrive in a role with many contact points where you build long-term relationships. Knowledge sharing and experience exchange are a natural part of your work. You are also flexible and good at prioritizing between planned tasks and urgent alarms in a varied daily routine.

Requirements

• Vocational Higher Education (YH) as a Maintenance Technician or equivalent work experience
• Experience in the operation, maintenance, or upkeep of technical installations
• Good system knowledge in heating and ventilation
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Category B driver's license (manual transmission)
