About Worksystem Värnamo

Worksystem Värnamo is operated by BMP Service AB, a local company with the goal and focus of being a leader in vehicle equipment in the GGVV area. Our modern facility in Bredasten is a ProCenter and specialists in WorkSystem car interiors. We offer our customers perhaps the most cost-effective and flexible car interiors for light transport vehicles on the market. Our customer offering includes a wide range of vehicle equipment in several areas, such as driver environment, safety/TMA, electronics, roof equipment and lighting, auxiliary lights, as well as all types of work and warning lighting. The business is conducted in new, modern premises on the Bredasten industrial area in Värnamo.

About the Role as Technician

Working as a technician or car fitter with us is broad and fun – your workday involves great variation at a high pace. In our workshop, you will work on customizing new cars by mounting superstructures, extra equipment, and interiors. You will also mount ancillary products for transport vehicles, such as pickup accessories, auxiliary lights, work lights, roof equipment, etc. As you become more comfortable in the role, you will take on larger customer projects and more advanced installations, of course with support from your closest colleagues.

You will receive a thorough introduction, become certified in our working methods, and undergo continuous training through WS Academy. If you feel comfortable, there is also an opportunity to develop the role so that you will have customer contact both via phone and with customers visiting our facility, where you demonstrate, design, and provide quotes for customer-specific interiors. We are looking for someone who…

… is practical, handy, and social, with a strong desire and drive to constantly develop. It is important that you are flexible in your approach and quick to take initiative. You thrive working in an independent role but see it as a given that the team comes before the individual. You thrive and feel good when you deliver on promises. You communicate effortlessly in Swedish to find the optimal solution for our customers. You have basic computer skills to handle our computerized sales support program as well as the most common Microsoft Office products.

At least one of the following points applies to you as an applicant:

• You enjoy working practically and finding your own solutions for the customer's benefit.
• Previous experience working with vehicles in a role as a car or truck mechanic or similar.
• Extensive knowledge and experience working with car electronics (12/24 V).
• You have a great interest in technology – do you tinker with cars in your spare time?
• Detail-oriented, practical, and perhaps you have built and planned your own kitchen or similar.
• A Category B driver's license is required for the position.
• You are fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing.

Start: By agreement

Salary & benefits: We offer a market-competitive salary, occupational pension, and insurances according to collective agreements.

Location: Värnamo, Bredasten industrial area.

Working hours: Mon–Fri, 07:00–16:00
