We are looking for you who want to work in the property sector with a focus on tenant services and contribute to the development and maintenance of our properties. The position can be adapted based on your skills and experience, and we welcome applications from:

• Building services
• Property maintenance staff
• Property technicians (preferably with electrical or plumbing qualifications)
• Project managers with experience in construction and property

About the position

The tasks vary depending on the role, but may include among other things:

• Ongoing property maintenance and upkeep
• Technical operation and troubleshooting
• Repairs and improvement work
• Project management during renovation and new construction
• Contact with contractors and tenants.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is practical and solution-oriented
• Has experience from construction, property, or technology (advantageous)
• Has relevant education or equivalent work experience
• Holds electrical qualifications or other specialist competence (advantageous)
• Is self-motivated and responsible

A driver's license is required.

Work location: Jönköping and/or Gränna.
