On behalf of an established industrial company, we are now looking for a Local Preparer for a consultancy assignment starting in August and running until the end of the year.

About the Role

As a Local Preparer, you will be a key part of ensuring smooth production flow through accurate article and work order preparation. You will work closely with operations and play a central role in translating production needs into correct system information and work instructions.

The role includes, among other things:

• Processing articles and condition changes in the production system
• Ensuring correct material requirements so that the right quantities are ordered from suppliers
• Preparing work orders so that information is accurate for installers, both digitally and physically
• Working in 2–3 systems that you will gradually learn on the job

You will work closely with production and support functions, becoming a vital link between planning and execution.

The location is Oskarshamn.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we believe you are someone who enjoys administrative and structured work, where attention to detail is crucial.

• Experience in administrative system work, preferably from industry or production
• The ability to work in a structured and detail-oriented manner
• An interest in understanding workflows and translating needs into correct information

What We Offer

You will be employed as a consultant by Telin Recruitment & Consulting and work on-site with one of our industrial clients.

The assignment is a fixed-term consultancy role starting in August and running until the end of the year, with a possible extension during Q1.
