A roof before and after treatment can say more than a thousand words. When we do our job, the results are immediately visible.

A roof goes from tired and overgrown to clean and cared for. The color returns to the tiles. The customer sees their house with new eyes. And on-site, there is a team that knows exactly what they are doing, works methodically, and leaves behind a result to be proud of.

At Takteam, this happens every day. Now, we want to get better at capturing it, packaging it, and using it in our marketing, sales, customer journey, and internal training.

We are looking for you who can see the story in everyday life. You who can take a camera, go out to a job site, capture the right angles, edit the footage, and make it usable in ads, social media, on the web, in sales materials, and in training.

This is a role for you who wants to create content that is actually used.

You produce video, photo, graphics, and digital content from real customer jobs and internal projects.

This can include before-and-after videos, reference cases, user videos, short ads, training films, social media content, and material that helps customers understand what we do and why it matters.

During our off-season, you will also help build content for our training platform. We provide the platform. You help us set the plan, capture knowledge from our departments, and make it easy to use.

You will also assist with graphic templates, simpler design, email materials, and digital flows together with the marketing team.

• Film, photograph, and edit video independently
• Create content for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, web, and ads
• Write simple scripts, captions, and headlines
• Create clear before-and-after setups
• Make simple graphics and templates
• Structure content for training
• Understand the basics of digital channels
• Have a valid driver's license (Category B)

• Higgsfield.ai, Runway, ChatGPT, CapCut AI, or other AI tools
• Adobe, Canva, Figma, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut
• Brevo, Make, or other automation tools
• WordPress or other CMS
• Training platforms or e-learning
• Social media advertising
• Drone photography/drone footage

Drone experience is advantageous because many of our projects look best from above, especially when we show roofs, results, and clear before-and-after differences.

We have strong customer cases, clear results, and many skilled people in the organization. There is a lot to tell, but not everything has been captured, packaged, and used as well as it should be.

That is where you come in.

You help us make our knowledge visible. For customers who want to understand what we do. For salespeople who need better materials. For new employees who need to learn the job. For marketing who wants to create campaigns with content from reality.
