Bara is now looking for a bartender who loves the pace, the craft, and – above all – the guest interaction! We are looking for you who have 2–4 years of experience in bar work and who navigate as smoothly between drink orders as between colleagues.
Here, it is not enough to just mix good drinks; we are looking for you who are passionate about giving every guest a complete experience. You keep your station organized even when the pace is fast, are a team player who spreads energy within the team, and are not afraid to take initiative to develop our bar.
We are looking for you who:
- Have worked behind the bar for 2–4 years.
- Are meticulous, fast, and have an eye for detail.
- Want to grow and help shape Bara's future.
