We are now looking for a service-oriented and driven customer receptionist for our auto workshop. The duties include, among other things, booking customers for service and repairs, scheduling jobs for mechanics, handling payments from customers, and ordering spare parts. You should have good knowledge of cars and be fluent in both speaking and writing Swedish. A major focus is placed on providing good service and achieving customer satisfaction.

We want you to be passionate about working with people and service. The ideal candidate has an easy time connecting with new people and thrives in a flexible work environment. You should also have a strong sense for service.

Previous experience with similar tasks or a role within Mekonomen is advantageous.

You should be:

• Engaged, responsible, and service-oriented
• Trained in vehicle technology or have experience in the automotive industry
• Organized
• Proficient in computer use
• Good knowledge of English
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)

This is a full-time position. We offer a six-month probation period followed by a permanent contract and individual salary setting. Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.
