Your responsibilities

In the role of Project Supplier Quality Manager, you will hold a key position in ensuring supplier quality in complex and international customer projects. You will work closely with both project teams and system suppliers to ensure that products and deliveries meet high quality requirements, regulations, and customer expectations. The role involves significant responsibility for planning, monitoring, and improving quality work throughout the project's lifecycle.

Main responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for suppliers regarding quality issues
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal project teams and external suppliers
• Develop and implement supplier monitoring and quality plans
• Evaluate and monitor suppliers' ability to meet project requirements
• Identify and manage quality risks in projects
• Ensure compliance with local requirements, standards, and customer specifications
• Plan and coordinate inspection and testing activities
• Review and approve quality documentation (certificates, test protocols, inspection plans)
• Drive follow-up on deviations and support continuous improvements

Your profile

• Experience from purchasing quality, manufacturing, or operations in areas such as rotating machinery, boilers, process industry, or welded structures
• Good understanding of product quality as well as manufacturing and project processes
• Experience with or knowledge of standards such as CE marking, PED, SS-EN 1090, ISO 3834, and LVD is advantageous
• Ability to read and interpret standards, specifications, and customer requirements
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Structured and meticulous work style
• Collaborative and thrives in team environments
• Proactive and accustomed to working forward-looking in project environments
