Responsibilities

Working as a nurse assistant with us means working at the reception, preparing rooms for examinations, setting up instruments, and assisting with procedures and scope examinations (endoscopies). This also involves work in our dishwashing area, where we clean endoscopic equipment. The role includes monitoring patients after endoscopic examinations.

Reception work involves assisting doctors, but you will also have your own patient visits where you must make independent decisions and work autonomously.

Qualifications

You have a certified nurse assistant education with a protected professional title. We require that you have experience in reception work. Previous experience in endoscopic activities is desirable, as is experience in surgical work and wound care. It is an advantage if you are familiar with the medical record system Cosmic.

As a person, you are positive, flexible, calm, stable, and composed in stressful situations, focusing on what matters. You take responsibility for your tasks, structure your work yourself, and drive it forward. You have the ability to take initiative to achieve results. Your teamwork skills are good; you are receptive, adaptable, a good listener, communicate effectively, and resolve conflicts constructively.

You have the ability to see the best interests of the entire operation and understand your role as a nurse assistant. You adapt easily to changed circumstances and see opportunities in change.

Employment terms

Permanent position, full-time. Daytime hours.

Start date according to agreement.
