Job Responsibilities

The Home Care Service is a department within Health and Care, where the resident's wishes and needs are always at the center. We provide qualified care and nursing within the home care service. The role involves working with something of the best and most enriching there is – making everyday life meaningful for our care recipients.

Being professional is about as much about good treatment and understanding of other people's needs and feelings as it is about performing care tasks and service. You will meet the care recipient's individual needs for care and service in their own home, based on approved assistance according to the Social Services Act.

The work is planned and documented in the municipality's computer system, Pulsen Combine. It is important that you always treat care recipients and their relatives in a warm and respectful manner. We operate with day/evening/night shifts as well as weekend duties.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have experience working with people. You are responsible, have a clear approach, and can work independently. You need to be confident in yourself and feel comfortable working with people who have a great need for security, continuity, and structure. Your work is characterized by our core values.

A nursing assistant education is required. We place great importance on personal suitability. Other valuable qualities are a sense of responsibility, engagement, and thoroughness. You are flexible and responsible, and have the ability to prioritize and plan your work, both individually and together with your colleagues. You will gain practical knowledge through an introduction program.

A valid B-category driver's license is required.

Employment can only take place after verification of the work permit, which is required according to the Alien Ordinance.
