About the position

Personal assistance is a service under the LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Certain Functionally Impaired People). In your role as a personal assistant, you will primarily help the client with everything that arises in daily life as well as with basic needs. Your work involves safeguarding the client's self-determination and integrity, and contributing to a smooth daily routine. Each assistance assignment is uniquely adapted to the client's life, so tasks may vary depending on the workplace.

The client is a 29-year-old woman living in Ystad who lives with a muscle disease. As her assistant, you will travel by public transport with the client from Ystad to Lund and spend the day at her workplace, where you will help with anything that may arise during her workday.

Our client enjoys reading books, going for walks, baking, and spending time with family and friends.

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good personal chemistry between you and the client.

We are looking for someone who is flexible and humble. Furthermore, you have a positive outlook on life and contribute a pleasant and stimulating atmosphere.

Requirements for the position:

• good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• good physical condition and ability to assist with transfers
• non-smoker (during working hours)

Working hours, employment percentage, and salary

The current employment type is "temporary assignment" for the period 2026-08-10 to 2027-02-09 with an employment percentage of approximately 90%. The shifts are scheduled for Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, and the working hours are 06:10 - 18:20.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other benefits according to collective agreement.

Start date 2026-08-10 or according to agreement.
