About the Role
Academic Work is seeking a candidate who wishes to develop in the role of a Delivery Coordinator. A Delivery Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, following up, and ensuring that deliveries within an organization are carried out according to plan. The role often involves handling administrative processes, coordinating between various internal and external stakeholders, following up on contracts and orders, and ensuring that documentation and information are correct and up-to-date. The work requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several parallel processes simultaneously.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and follow up on orders, deliveries, and cases to ensure that schedules and quality requirements are met
- Handle and quality-assure documentation, contracts, and administrative materials, as well as register and update information in operational systems
- Act as a contact person between internal departments, suppliers, and other partners by coordinating information flows and following up on ongoing activities
We are looking for you who
- Have a technical university degree of at least 180 ECTS credits, or other education and experience that we assess as relevant for the assignment.
- Have very good computer skills and knowledge of the Office suite
- Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
It is an advantage if you have:
- Connections to or reside in Luleå
- A completed Master's degree with a focus on Land and Environmental Law
