About the role

Work as an asphalt paver on various projects in Boden and the surrounding area.

• Operating the screed on asphalt pavers and contributing to efficient and high-quality work.
• Team collaboration to ensure production according to schedule and quality requirements.
• The work takes place outdoors and in varying environments.

Working hours

Irregular working hours occur.

• The work may include early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends.
• You need to be flexible and comfortable with a varying schedule.

We are looking for you who

• Have 2–4 years of experience with asphalt work.
• Enjoy physical and practical outdoor work.
• Have good teamwork skills and a strong safety mindset.
• Can communicate in Swedish or English.
• Hold certificates for Road Work 1 and 2 (required).
• Hold a B driver's license (meritorious).
• Have experience with vibrators or other asphalt machinery (meritorious).
