About the Workplace
Do you want to be part of building an operation where relationships, structure, and accessible learning environments are at the center? Then this might be the job for you. Bäckagårdsskolan is a preschool to year 9 school with approximately 600 students and around 80 engaged employees. We work long-term to create a safe and inclusive school where all students are given the opportunity to succeed based on their prerequisites. Bäckagårdsskolan is characterized by long-term and conscious work to create a safe, sustainable, and well-functioning working environment for both students and employees. Through active work, we have over several years developed structures, working methods, and common approaches that contribute to clarity, participation, and good prerequisites in everyday life. We have worked actively for a long time to create sustainable working methods, clear structures, and a good working environment for both students and employees. We believe in the importance of structure and order as a foundation for safety, learning, and peace at work. At the same time, we value being a health-promoting school where mental, social, and physical health are seen as equally important parts of both students' and employees' well-being and development. We prioritize close and accessible leadership with an assistant principal linked to each stage. This creates good opportunities for support, collaboration, and joint development in daily work. Here, we also value a professional approach highly, where we together take responsibility for respectful handling, good collaboration, and a solution-focused work with the student's best interest at the center. The school is located in close proximity to Gyllins Trädgård, which offers great opportunities to use the local environment as a natural part of the school day. The green and calm surroundings create conditions for movement, recovery, relationship-building activities, and teaching in an inspiring environment outside the classroom. Here you will meet engaged colleagues, close collaboration between professions, and an operation driven by the desire to create the best possible conditions for both students and staff to succeed and feel good. We are now launching a special education group (SU group) and are looking for a social pedagogue who wants to develop the operation together with special needs teachers/primary teachers, student health teams, and other educators.
