Peab in Linköping is growing, and we are now looking for you with experience in green area maintenance, civil engineering/construction, and machinery operation.

Job Description

This is a full-time position starting immediately or as agreed, expected to last until the end of the season.

Your employment is with Montico. Working hours are Monday–Thursday 06:30–16:00 and Friday 06:00–13:00. Salary is paid according to the current collective agreement.

You and your work group are responsible for all outdoor maintenance, such as mowing, planting care, trimming, cleaning, and hedge cutting.

Preferred Qualifications

It is an advantage if you have knowledge and experience in any of the following areas:

Green Area Worker:

• Competence certificate for TCYK1 and TCYK9 or equivalent education.
• Trained in plant knowledge or alternatively at least 5 years of experience working with outdoor environment maintenance.

Construction Worker:

• Trained in construction with at least 1 year of professional experience after graduation.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in construction tasks such as paving, excavator operation, building playgrounds, and simple carpentry work.

Machinery Operator:

• Trained machinery operator with a valid competence certificate.
• 2–3 years of experience operating various types of machinery in operations and maintenance (e.g., Swingo, tractor with trailer).

Requirements:

• Category B driver’s license
• Swedish language skills (spoken and written)
