We are now strengthening our team at ESR with two new employees! Are you one of them?

At ESR, we refine the steel produced in the steel plant and are a crucial part of the chain for our high-quality tool steel. On the department, we work with rotation between large, small, and crane operators, who together form a well-oiled machine. The ESR unit also includes material handlers and forklift drivers, bringing the total to nearly 30 people on the unit.

As an operator within ESR, your main responsibility is to carry out the tasks assigned to the department with a strong focus on safety and quality. ESR ingot manufacturing is the focus of the role, and the work is partly physical.

Your main tasks include:

• Preparations for furnace operation and setting up furnaces.
• Handling of ingots after operation.
• Grinding and welding.
• Handling of auxiliary equipment as well as driving forklifts and overhead cranes.

Contributing to continuous improvement work and team activities is a natural part of the role and is vital for maintaining a good work environment and achieving good results.

We are looking for someone who wants to learn new things and develop in their role. You have a strong mindset regarding safety and quality and are meticulous in your work. You thrive in a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace. Good planning skills and a positive attitude are qualities we value highly.

• Requirement: Category B driver's license.
• Merits: Training in welding, gas cutting, as well as forklift and crane certificates (not mandatory).
