Your role as an Electronic Engineer within Combitech's Talent Program

As a consultant at Combitech and a participant in the program, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting assignments where we develop future solutions for our customers. You will balance this with courses in technology related to your assignments and your specific ambitions and goals.

The consulting assignments involve the development of complex systems that combine software and hardware, with a focus on electronics for products designed to function in extreme conditions. You will be involved in the entire development chain, from requirement analysis to finished product, working in a project-oriented manner in close collaboration with other technical areas and subcontractors. The role is based at the client's site, where you, together with experienced colleagues, will have the opportunity to develop within your specialty.

You will be part of Combitech's Talent Program, a two-year development program where you alternate between consulting assignments and courses in technology, collaboration, and personal leadership. The program is tailored to the individual and provides both deepening of your area of expertise and a broader understanding of related competencies. In addition, you will have access to excellent opportunities for professional development through coaching, mentoring, and networking. Together with your direct manager, you will plan your long-term development based on your goals, whether you wish to deepen your technical expertise or eventually take steps towards project management and leadership. Who are you?

You have recently graduated as a university or civil engineer from lines Y, D, E, ED, or similar, with a focus on electronic engineering/technical physics and electrical engineering. You have a strong interest in the development of systems and products containing both software and hardware functions, as well as areas such as programming, schematic design, circuit board design, pattern board design, and component selection.

You have a strong interest in technology, driven by a desire to understand yourself and your surroundings even better. You possess a natural energy and curiosity towards new tasks and challenges. You see it as important and positive to have the opportunity to develop sustainable and safe solutions for future society. A key word at Combitech is long-term relationships with our colleagues and partners; therefore, we place great importance on your ability to build trust and create good relationships.

As the position involves work covered by defense secrecy, you are required to undergo and pass a security clearance with register check.
