You, Us & The Job

As a van driver at PostNord, you are irreplaceable. You find the way, and your job is a journey towards climate-neutral freight transport. Transport is a necessity to reach all of Sweden, and we take responsibility from south to north, from rural areas to big cities. We work purposefully to reduce our environmental impact, and you will be a key part of this by, among other things, being trained in fuel-efficient driving. Together, we are working to become fossil-free by 2030.

This position is a permanent employment with a full-time engagement (100%) starting in August 2026. Your working hours will be during daytime – within the span of 07:00–18:00, Monday to Friday. (The finish time is usually 16:15, but working hours until 18:00 may occur).

We apply a 6-month probation period.

You will be based at Vevaxelgatan 8, Toftanäs.

What you will do

• Loading, picking up, and distributing packages.
• Meeting our customers where they are. Whether they are agents, private, or corporate customers.

Who you are

• Curious and self-motivated: A large part of the job is done alone, but team spirit is important.
• Patient and secure: Life on the road is a mix of calm and stress. You keep the balance.
• Organized: Smart packing (think puzzle), preparation, and delivery are keywords. So is order and punctuality. Our customers should be able to count on you and their shipments arriving on time.
• Physically fit: Yes, you are sitting while driving, but you need to be able to lift when picking up and dropping off. For this, you need good strength and mobility.
• Adaptable: Unplanned events require flexibility.
• Service-oriented: Customer relationships require the right attitude and feel.
• You are unique: We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

What you bring with you

• High school diploma, or alternatively, studying your final year of high school.
• Category B driver's license and experience driving cars. For this position, you must have held your driver's license for at least two years.
• Swedish language skills (spoken and written).
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and the ability to find solutions.
