Personal Assistants – Come and make a difference!

I am looking for hourly workers who can step in with short notice, day or night! I have on-call nights (journatt), which means you sleep at my home and wake up occasionally to help me with various tasks. You receive on-call compensation plus regular hours before and after the on-call night.

I may also have a long-term substitute position at 70% available for the autumn.

The positions are filled on an ongoing basis, so do not wait to apply. The earlier you can start, the better.

About me: I am a culture enthusiast, cat lover, gardening freak, bookworm, textile creative, and foodie from Västra Hamnen, Malmö. I use an electric wheelchair and always have many projects going on. My body does not function very well, which means I need help with everything related to my daily life. I decide for myself how I live, and assistance is the tool that makes it possible. You will be one of the people who makes this possible for me.

About you: You are detail-oriented, sensitive, flexible, adaptable, and stable. You sleep well, have a good memory, are proficient in Swedish (both spoken and written), are strong, and like cats. It is an advantage if you live in Malmö, preferably from Västra Hamnen.

About SMIL: SMIL is a small cooperative based in Malmö, meaning the members control the operations, for example by acting as team leaders for their assistants. SMIL cares deeply about both its members and their assistant groups. We stay updated on developments within the assistance sector and follow all applicable regulations.
