CityMail delivers mail and parcels to approximately 6 million private individuals and companies in Sweden. We are now looking for more colleagues for Lidingö.

We are looking for you who:

• Are at least 18 years old.
• Have basic knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.
• Hold a B driver's license or a moped license.
• Enjoy physical work.
• Are comfortable driving vehicles for which you hold a license (bicycle, moped, car).

Experience in similar work is an advantage, but your background is not the most important factor for us. We value your commitment, attention to detail, and attitude towards work, which is why we place great emphasis on your personal qualities during the recruitment process.

What does a workday look like?

The operations are open on weekdays (excluding holidays). Working hours are distributed between 07:00 and 16:30.

• The workday begins with preparations for the day's delivery, where you and your colleagues sort the day's mail and parcels.
• Delivery then takes place within your assigned area. We primarily use electric bicycles for deliveries, but you may also use a car, moped, or regular bicycle depending on your delivery route for the day.
• Once all letters and parcels have been delivered, you return to the office to finish with administration and preparations for the next day's work together with your colleagues.

Employment Type

The position is a so-called hourly employment, where each work shift constitutes a specific fixed-term employment. You will work with varying hours and scope, depending on the day and needs. We prefer that you are available to work up to full-time hours during the day. To ensure you have the right conditions for success, the employment begins with an introduction period.

Salary

Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreement. A salary scale applies to both permanent and hourly employees. Starting hourly wage is 150 SEK (incl. 12% holiday pay), which corresponds to 134 SEK (excl. 12% holiday pay).
